Important Shipping Information for Customers in the United States
1. FedEx Account Number Required for Customers in the United States
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, a valid FedEx Account Number is now required for shipments to the United States.
Without this number, we are unable to generate a shipping label.
If you are unable to obtain the number immediately, please enter any temporary 4-digit number to complete your account registration.
After registration, please either:
– Update your real FedEx Account Number later, or
– If obtaining a FedEx Account Number is not possible, we will add the import duty (approximately 15%) to your order total and pay it on your behalf.
This duty-added option is considered an exception. In this case, we will manually notify you of the adjusted total after your order is submitted.
2. How to Create a FedEx Account
You can create your account using the link below.
The process only takes a few minutes.
Steps:
1. Open the FedEx account creation page
2. Enter your information (email, address, phone number, etc.)
3. After completion, you will receive a 9-digit FedEx Account Number

3. If You Cannot Complete the Registration
If you encounter errors or cannot complete the registration, please check:

If registration is still not possible, we can proceed with shipping by adding the import duty to your order total and paying it for you.
In this case, we will manually adjust and confirm the final amount with you after your order is placed.
