Additional Fees: Shipping, customs duties, and payment processing fees may apply. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and delivery method (FedEx, EMS, or DHL). As a reference, shipping to the United States via FedEx is ¥4,900, and to Hong Kong or Singapore via EMS is ¥4,000. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout and displayed in the total amount. Customs duties or VAT, if imposed, are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Methods: Credit card (via Stripe) or international transfer (via Wise).

Payment Timing: Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time of order. Wise transfers must be completed within 5 days after placing the order. Orders not paid within this period may be canceled automatically.

Delivery Time: Orders are usually shipped within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Pre-order items are shipped on the arrival date, prior to the official release date. Delivery time may vary depending on the country, region, and shipping method. Tracking numbers will be provided after shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned. Returns or refunds are only accepted if the wrong item was sent or if the item is significantly different from the product ordered. Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

International Shipping: Orders are shipped from Japan via FedEx, EMS, or DHL. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, customs, or transportation conditions.
