Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns for Booster Boxes and Prebuilt Decks only if they are unopened.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
Opened products, damaged packaging, or items showing signs of use cannot be returned.

Single Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return shipping and any customs or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

In case of a customer-requested cancellation after payment has been completed, any transaction or refund fees charged by the payment service will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before payment or before shipment without any fees.
After shipment, the order will be treated as a return according to the policy above.

Non-Refundable Items

Pre-order items and opened products are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
