All items are shipped directly from Japan via FedEx, EMS, or DHL.
Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been dispatched.

For Customers in the United States

A FedEx account number is required to process shipments.
Please provide your account number when placing an order.

Customs Duties & VAT

Depending on your country’s import regulations, customs duties, VAT, or other taxes may apply.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Packaging

Cards are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused or not claimed by the customer and returned to us,
any return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
