1. Products

All products sold on this website are authentic Japanese Pokémon cards and items officially released in Japan. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit items.

2. Orders and Payments

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Payments can be made via Wise or other methods stated at checkout. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Shipping

All orders are shipped from Japan via FedEx, EMS, or DHL. Shipping times vary depending on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

4. Customs and Taxes

Import duties, VAT, or other customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Refusal to pay import taxes may result in order cancellation without a refund of shipping costs.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Bulk and Reseller Orders

Our store mainly serves individual collectors. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bulk or reseller orders at our discretion.
